  Today Rosa Thai emailed me an offer with £10 off so I booked for same day, they emailed me to change my appointment which wasn’t a problem but then decided to cancel my appointment and give it to someone else 1 hour before the treatment. They wouldn’t answer the phone and simply text me to say they tried to call me and couldn’t risk me not tuning up so gave my appointment away to someone else. They said my phone number or email address was not on file despite me only visiting their salon 2 weeks ago. No offer to change to another date. They state if you want to cancel your appointment with them however it seems they can cancel with you at a drop of a hat if they fancy it! Absolute joke!!
